Sudbury Baby expo was great. It was well advertised and I was able to get my ticket way in advance AND online. There was tons to see AND you had access to changing stations and feeding stations that were well thought through. There was so many talent and gifted people in and around Sudbury and their various talents/gifts were amazing to see. It's great to buy/use local services. What can I anticipate at the Expo?

A community. With so many amazing exhibitors, you can expect a lot of information, products and much more. If you can, we recommend spending the day!

You'll find pre-natal support options, birth support, post-natal support, littles support, party planning, movement opportunities, helpful products and MUCH MORE. You'll find out about services and products you may not have known existed! There will also be activites, and prizes.

Admission: Where can I get tickets? How much are they?

General admission is $14 at the event. VIP Tickets are $25. Children under 12 are free! Tickets are available at the Sudbury Arena website or in person.

Kindly note, when purchasing your tickets in-person, we recommend cash to avoid Arena's card fees and to support a quick check-in and smaller lines.

Is there parking on-site?

Unfortunately, the parking on site is limited. However, we are located in the core of downtown. Street parking and lots surround the Arena.

Can I leave and come back?

Absolutely - we'd love to have your company all day but we understand life is busy. Show us your ticket to re-enter.

Can I bring my littles? Can I bring a stroller?

Absolutely, and under 12, they're free! The floor plan has been designed to have room for strollers and there's an ideal flow that allows you to see it all with little to no need to make a u-turn with the stroller. There will also be a designated zone with children activities.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods accepted are at the discretion of each exhibitor. Many have multiple payment options including but not limited to cash, credit, debit, e-transfer. All exhibitors accept Baby Bucks if you've won them in an earlier contest!

Will there be food and drinks available?

We are excited to have water and cake sponsored and available. We have 6 spaces reserved for Food Vendors as well! Exhibitors may also have offerings at their tables. Re-energize and enjoy the rest of the event!

Is the event accessible?

Yes we are! The event is on the floor. Aisles will have comfortable space for wheelchairs and strollers.

Where is the best place to get current information?

We are very active on Facebook and Instagram, posting any information we may find helpful. Stay up-to date by following @BelliesBabiesandBeyond, we also have a Facebook event "Bellies, Babies and Beyond Sudbury" you can RSVP to.
